There isn't another chip more popular than the TS 6 Position chip for the 7.3 Powerstroke. This chip has been around for a long time and they still provide reliable and inexpensive power today. The TS Performance chip has a rotary knob that is mounted inside the cab of the truck that runs down to the performance chip located on the PCM. The TS chip has six available positions by twisting the rotary knob clockwise. The programs can be changed on the fly. Never pull over and download a different tune like with a download programmer. Standard programs will be installed on this chip for a truck with stock size injectors.

Increase performance with more Horsepower and Torque
Better fuel economy
Tow settings for safe towing and lower EGT's
Better shifting-crisp shifting without slipping to avoid transmission damage
Daily economy/performance tuning with the 80hp setting
Fast idle setting-for warming the truck or running a PTO
Hot street and extreme setting for pushing your truck to the limits of stock injectors

The programs for this chip works best with:

Mild performance modifications
Exhaust Upgrades
Cold air intakes
Mild fuel system upgrades
Stock or mild upgraded transmissions
Turbo upgrades

Six standard tunes come preloaded for your specific truck PCM code identified by the truck year and transmission in the drop down menu. Tunes are Stock, 50hp heavy tow, 80hp daily performance, 120hp hot street, 140hp extreme and 1200 rpm fast warm up high idle. Performance will be dependent on your modifications and can be retuned for for free reprogramming later if you add Full Force Performance Injectors. If you need custom programming for more extensive modifications you must choose the TS Chip with Custom tuning.

We have several trucks with this system including an Excursion that only works with this system. Very pleased with the vehicle specific tunes, no coal rolling, seem to really enhance the programming and just pull hard and reliably. Just wish that the gauges you need to install to monitor where more affordable. Excellent product and supplier is fast to get them out to you. Sure wakes up a 7.3 nicely but reliably.

All I can say is wow. I had banks put on my truck in 2005, this year the tuner went out so I decided to give this a try. All I can say is wow!!! Easy to install and 3-4 times better options for power. Well done

Totally night and day difference over a stock truck. Probably the best bang for your buck. Had these chips in all my 7.3s for years and never had any problems
