New parts are added as needed. Each injector gets a new plunger and barrel assembly, nozzle assembly, spring assembly, and o'rings regardless of wear. Flow tested and adjusted to the industry standard for new injector flow rates.
Warranty: Full Force Diesel Injectors include a 18 Month Unlimited Mileage Warranty!
Core charge required if not sending the cores to us first. We do not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors. Please note some of the other companies charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil and will not be accepted for refund.
Shipping charges include a return label for your cores if you have not selected to send in cores first. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in.

AD single Injector
For years I put up with my truck hard starting and very rough idle until warmed up. I always researched possible fixes. I came across a post that suggested checking the temp of the exhaust at each cylinder with a hand held infrared temp sensor. Once I did that it was obvious that two cyclinders were not working until the truck warmed up. This truck is a beat up work truck that spending a lot of money just wouldn't make since. So although I wanted to replace all injectors with upgraded ones it just didn't make since. I came across these injectors on the internet and saw I could buy individual injectors and only replace the dead ones at a very reasonable price even though they all needed it. Now this old truck has new life and I am not worried it will throw a rod every time I start it. So now I know my cylinders work and the engine is fine just needed a couple injectors and I can replace them myself one at a time as they go bad. Great Solution for me.
