Description

*If you have a 2003-2004 6.0L we will need to know if your truck has or had originally front leaf springs
Wyse Auto Repair provides you with a quality built transmission whether it’s your daily driver to an all out competition truck.
All transmissions are completely disassembled and cleaned in our in house parts washer at 200* water temps to remove all containment’s from the case. All transmissions are sand blasted to remove rusts and corrosion and receive new paint and clear coat.
5R110 transmission kits are made and assembled in house and all parts are machined to a better than new tolerance compared to OEM.
Clutches and steels are made to factory thickness for the best heat distribution on the clutch packs. This means a longer life of your transmission.
Wear surfaces are machined and polished for a new finish to the parts.
Pumps and valve bodies are built in house and also machined for a new surface area to prevent cross leaks. Many shops will not check for these issues to prevent future problems.
Stage 1 (Stock to 500hp)
This transmission is recommended for trucks with 175cc injectors and smaller. Custom tuning is required. 6.4L trucks that are tuned will require our Stage 2 transmission
4 Overdrive, 4 intermediate, 4 forward and 5 direct clutch discs

Modified coast clutch
Modified pump with upgraded internal parts. Full cooler flow mod and full converter feed mod. Comes with an upgraded pump gear to stop friction welding of pump

Triple disk torque converter with billet front cover. Converters are built to our strict specifications
All parts are updated with Sonnax internals with upgraded bearings and HD clutches

Goerend 13" triple disc billet torque. Toque converter includes a 5 year warranty

Core Charges
Your actually shipping charges both ways will be deducted from your core charge.
There will be a $1,000 core charge added to all transmission orders unless you choose to send in your transmission core first. Core transmissions must be complete with torque converter. Cracked bell housings and or cracked cases will not receive full core credit.

All transmissions MUST BE DRAINED OF FLUIDS. We are not responsible for charges of oil clean up from shipping companies
The torque converter must be held in place. Most use a piece of wood with two bolts bolting it to the bell housing
