The stage3 205cc and turbo package deal is good for up to 475hp. Ideal for light to moderate towing and a hot street performance package. Hybrid performance injectors give more fuel and required less high pressure oil thanks to the hybrid plunger and barrel design of the injectors. Hybrid injectors are called "hybrid" because they use a larger plunger and barrel assembly from it's big cousin. This plunger has a larger surface area to move more fuel during the same stroke without needing an upgraded HPOP.

In the 99-03 Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 475hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. These injectors have new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels.

Stage 1 KC300X 63/68

This is a journal bearing turbo with a Borg Warner 300sxe Style turbine wheel, modified to fit inside a drop in ready Super Duty turbo.

This turbo will surprise you at how well it runs! We have torture tested it for longevity, proven its capability on the dyno and at the Race Track.

Stage 3 KC300x 66mm

This turbo will surprise you at how well it runs! We have torture tested it for longevity, proven its capability on the dyno and at the Race Track. The 1.0 A/R Housing is intended to cool your EGTs above 3000 RPMS, for dedicated tow rigs and daily drivers the .84 A/R housing will provide a quicker spool and cooled EGT's below 3000 RPMs.

This is a journal bearing turbo with a KC Turbos 300x turbine wheel, modified to fit inside a drop in ready Super Duty turbo.

Q: What are the recommended supporting mods for this kit?

A: Cold Air Intake, Upgraded full Exhaust, FRX & Gauges. Recommend clutch upgrade or modified valve body with triple disc converter.

Q: Whats the difference in a street vs tow package?? Do the turbos have to blade turbine wheel?

A: The difference in the packages is the size of the injectors and turbos. The turbos are complete with turbine wheels.

Q: Will towing with the 205/30 injectors and the stage 3 KC .84 turbo destroy my transmission. It is stock. I will just be normally driving and towing with it. Will normal driving and towing hurt a stock trans.

A: If you tow on the lowest chip setting it would probably be okay for a while. We recommend a valve body & torque converter upgrade for this injector.

Q: If I get a modified valve body for my 4r100 transmission will this setup work good? I already have a 4 to 5 exhaust, intake, and the guages. I’ll be doing some towing and just normal driving. I’ll want a stage 3 turbo, which one would be the best?

A: A modified valve body and a torque converter upgrade will work great with this kit.
