CA Prop 65
Tune Information
The stage3 238cc and turbo package deal is good for up to 500-525hp. Ideal for light to light towing and a hot street performance package. Hybrid performance injectors give more fuel and required less high pressure oil thanks to the hybrid plunger and barrel design of the injectors. Hybrid injectors are called "hybrid" because they use a larger plunger and barrel assembly from it's big cousin. This plunger has a larger surface area to move more fuel during the same stroke without needing more HPOP oil pressure. These 238cc injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower up to 500 HP at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 500 HP and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. These injectors have new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels.
KC300x 66mm
This turbo will surprise you at how well it runs! We have torture tested it for longevity, proven its capability on the dyno and at the Race Track. The 1.0 A/R Housing is intended to cool your EGTs above 3000 RPMS, for dedicated tow rigs and daily drivers the .84 A/R housing will provide a quicker spool and cooled EGT's below 3000 RPMs.
This is a journal bearing turbo with a KC Turbos 300x turbine wheel, modified to fit inside a drop in ready Super Duty turbo.
Features & Details:
100% drop in turbo
4" ported housing with drilled anti-surge holes for high flow
66mm 7x7 SXE style compressor wheel with extended tip technology
73mm SXE style turbine wheel
Big Head Wastegate Actuator for elevated boost control

Q:
Hey I was wondering if the street hot package with the gtp38r turbo, stage 3 Injectors, and tuner will work on an obs 7.3? I did not see this year range in the options. Thanks
Asked by:
Zach
- 3/24/2019
A:
No it won't. The GTP38R turbo will not fit the OBS. If you need a package deal for the OBS just call our sales team.

Q:
Hey guys. Got a few questions about the 238cc injectors and turbo combo. Number one being that could I run all this stuff on a fairly high kilometer bottom end? 2. Will I need custom tuning or can I run my edge cts2 that I currently have? 3. Will I need to upgrade my HPOP to accommodate them or are they a hybrid injector? 4. Is it recommended to change the injector cups or can I get away with the stock ones if they are in decent shape? 5. I’m looking at doing these myself so what are you’re thoughts on that. Thanks —Blake
Asked by:
Blake Morley
- 2/7/2022
A:
This set up will need a HPOP upgrade. Injector cups are typically fine. This is an aggressive HP level and there are no guarantees on a higher mileage engine but typically there is no issue.

Q:
hey man i was looking at this kit should i put this on a stock trans? Thanks Brayden Rich
Asked by:
Brayden RIch
- 4/26/2023
A:
Wouldn't expect a stock transmission to be very happy. It would stand a chance with a high quality triple disc converter and upgraded valve body.

There is a large list of supporting parts for a stock truck. The best thing is to call our sales team to go over these options with you. 615-962-8291

Q:
I’m going to purchase this package but wanted to know what my fuel pressure should be with 100% nozzle size? I have 2000 F350 7.3 manual. I have a Fass fuel system 250gph that I will install but it’s set at 18 psi right now. Going to change the spring to raise the psi.
Asked by:
Jon

A:
Fuel pressure should be between 55-65 psi.
