I messed around with some of the more expensive and “specialty” automotive computer websites, had horrible customer service and they sent a product that didn’t work after a month and a half of daily calls (from me to them). Decided to go with a site that had good reviews on most of their products and very little complaints. Lo and behold, Full Force sent out an ECU in either one or two days, I can’t remember which, complete with an email with tracking number and estimated delivery date. After getting my product, they even sent a courtesy email telling me that my ECU should have been delivered. Finally, good customer service. After installing the ECU, I connected to it via and OBDII reader and ran a couple tests. Some tests sit there and run to 98%, then revert back to 50% without completion, but I have a feeling it is because the ECU isn’t flashed to my VIN. Not a concern, as I can always visit a dealer and get it flashed. Overall, a good, solid product that I have put 1500 miles on already without any trouble. Full Force customer for as long as they are around.
