Driven Diesel DD-60FS-BanjoKit Banjo Bolt Upgrade Kit
Hi flow banjo bolts will improve flow and performance to the fuel system and heads in the 6.0 Powerstroke diesel. This hi-flow banjo bolt upgrade kit, which includes either 2 or 4 Brand New Driven Diesel T-303 Stainless Steel High Flow Banjo Bolts as well as new copper crush washers, replaces the stock restrictive banjo bolts in your 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel. The 2 banjo bolt kit is usually to replace just front stock bolts. It you would like to replace all 4 bolts simply add two of these kit to your cart. The larger passages through the hi flow banjo bolts will reduce restriction and increase flow to the fuel rails, resulting in less turbulence in the fuel and improved support for larger injectors or other horsepower modifications. Factory 6.0 Banjo Bolts have a built in check valve system that creates a restriction in fuel flow to your injectors. The factory banjo bolts also come with 2 orifices for fuel to enter while the upgraded 6.4 bolts have 4, along with no check valves inside the banjo bolt itself.

Powerstroke repair
Big difference visually from the stock banjo bolts. Internal diameter is larger. 3 large holes in the side of the bolt vs 2 small holes in stock bolt. High quality item.
