Introducing the Derale 14208 Transmission Cooling Pan! This powerful cooling system is designed specifically for the Powerstroke 1994-2010, and features heavy gauge stamped steel construction and a two stage heat dissipating black finish. The 1/8" NPT temperature sender port reduces fluid temperatures by up to 50F, and increases fluid capacity by 7 qts. 30 oz. The patented turbulator cooling tubes add even more heat transfer capability, while the magnetic drain plug with increased magnetic strength and rubber/steel washer keeps everything securely in place. And for added convenience, this system uses the OEM filter with no filter extension required. So don't wait any longer, order your Derale 14208 Transmission Cooling Pan today!

This is one big heavy duty pan. Only problem I encountered was some of the holes were a little off which made starting the bolts a bit difficult. Also it seemed to not fit exactly right, internally, but it's on and everything works.
