Diesel Site BLBATH Billet Thermostat Housing Upgrade
Is your thermostat housing is leaking or rusted? The upgrade billet thermostat housing from Dieselsite is a good replacement for a lifetime. If you've ever tried to change out your thermostat in the Powerstroke, you'll find that the factory thermostat housing leaves much to be desired. It is a very poor quality stamped steel that doesn't always seal properly when replacing your thermostat and they rust very quickly.
The OEM housing is also considered to be "disposable", meaning it's designed for a single usage. If it has to be removed, it must be replaced. The flanges bend under the load of the bolts. The Dieselsite Billet housing is designed to be used over and over again and give you years of trouble-free service.......and it looks great too!
Torque Specs for Thermostat Housing bolts: 100-110 in-lbs

Must buy if your doing a water pump
Great quality and fit much better than the stock stamped model. I bought it with my new water pump and I'm glad I did the factory one would have been unusable due to corrosion.

Water pump outlet
Great item, fantastic craftsmanship. The o ring seal really makes the whole job a lot easier. Strength of neck is MUCH stronger than oem. Strongly suggest this if your doing a whole pump or even just the outlet

A:
As the title states it for the 1999-2003 trucks. If you go to the 1994-1997 section. Then click the engine section. Then from there click the cooling system section you'll see this product.
