The BD 1037136 Remote Mount Exhaust Brake is the perfect solution for preventing brake fade and excessive wear on your truck and trailer brakes. It installs remotely on the exhaust pipe, out of the way, and is easy to operate with an On/Off toggle switch or rocker switch. This brake provides peak retarding power throughout the engine's rpm range, and its remote mount design spares your engine from added stress. The 4 free flowing design won't impede exhaust flow or performance, and the rugged cast-iron housing with exclusive AlumiBronze bushing and positive sealing piston ring ensures leak free retarding for miles.
