Standard Specifications in every Dieselsite pump:

Larger displacement- handles most hybrids and conventionals up to 300cc.

All passageways in pump are bored completely through for increased volume delivery.

All pressed in plugs are removed, the holes tapped, and replaced with SAE O-ring port plugs.

Gear and shaft are keyed together to eliminate any slippage.

Outside of pump is machined to accept custom steel piston retaining plates

5 hours of machine work done to each housing.

Upgraded bearing material

New IPR O-ring and filter set included.

New Inlet and outlet Viton O-rings included

New Viton O-ring to seal pump to cover plate.
