6.4 Powerstroke Intercooler Pipes, Boots & Intercoolers 2008-2010

Intercooler upgrades are a great next step upgrade providing more power and cooler EGT's in the 2008-2010 6.4 Powerstroke. If you have added more fuel and more air with a larger turbo, injectors, or tuning, the next step is to upgrade the intercooler, boots, and pipes. An upgraded intercooler can cool exhaust gas temperature down by as much as 200 degrees. This cooler air charge coming off the turbo and into the motor is very beneficial. Benefits of a 6.4 Powerstroke intercooler upgrade include better economy, lower EGT's, more power, and longer engine life. Intercooler upgrades create a cooler, more dense air charge coming off the turbo before it enters the engine. Maximizing the turbo chargers efficiency and burning more fuel with less waste. These intercoolers feature larger end tanks and larger cores to move more air volume with less restriction and more surface area for cooling.
