The FFD 7.3 Powerstroke 250cc Hybrid Injectors will increase horsepower up to 525hp at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstoke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases with 250cc Injectors are up to 525hp and mileage increase from the more effecient single shot design.

These injectors have new nozzles and tungston coated plungers and barrels. The larger 100% or 200% over size nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil. This is stretching the limits for the 17 degree HPOP. This saves money on a new HPOP system by utilizing the system you already have. Choosing the 100% nozzle with have slightly less black smoke and horsepower than the 200%. Built and flowed to within 1%. Come with an outstanding 18 month warranty. Complete set of eight.

We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors. Theses are easy to change at the same time as the injectors. However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged. Shipping charges included a return label for your cores. Label is prepaid UPS. We do not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors. Please note some of the other companies charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. Refused cores are Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in.

Tuning Information: New Full Force Low Smoke Tuning. We now offer low smoke *Clean tuning. In a time when clean tuning is more desired we've step up to the plate. The days of "Clouds of Black Smoke" are behind us. We have partnered with a very reputable tuning company for the lowest/minimal smoke with modified injectors while maintaining optimal power output. Normal driving will yield very low smoke levels and very good power. Foot to the floor will make moderate smoke on the highest setting. Results of this custom tuning typically results in very good smoke control but smoke may vary. Tunes included are hi-idle, heavy tow, tow, street, hot street, and extreme. During the order process please indicate any further tune request you may need. HPOP, Transmission, etc. They will be custom written for each truck.

Custom tuned chip: If you don't have a tuner or a chip currently please select from tuning options above. This has to be done to convert the computer to a single shot fuel injector program.

Core charge: Every injector set requires a core charge. Please select add core to send your injectors now and refund the money later. Best way to not have down time with your truck. Q: I already have the hydra tuner I bought from you guys and hooked it up to my computer and put all 15 of my tunes in the order I want without some of the “standard tunes”. Will I be able to do the same thing when the new tunes are emailed to me from you guys?

A: You will only get all 15 tunes if you buy the Hydra Cloud Tunes. Otherwise we send you six of the most popular tunes.

Q: With buying chip options am i buy just a new set of tunes without the hydra or and i buying new tunes and a new hydra and new tunes.

A: With the 250cc injectors the option is for with Hydra. If you need only the tunes you'll need to order separately from the custom tuning section.

A: These injectors will max out this turbo. It would be better to get a smaller injector 205/30 or a larger turbo.
