Full Force Diesel 155cc|30% Nozzle reman performance are made from Ford PPT remanufactured injectors using the latest updated parts and brand new spool valves. These are the closest to new injectors that are available on the market. We do not modify used core injectors. This practice leads to an inferior product and early failure.
We strongly recommend installing head studs with any 6.0 modified or stock. These injectors are premium built flow tested and matched sets. You can install these injectors without fuel system modifications, without custom tuning and they will work great with a stock turbocharger. Of course you can increase their performance by adding those upgrades later for more power (50hp + depending on the upgrade itself).

I manage a 30,000 square foot diesel repair shop in Georgia. Here at Lead Foot Diesel we install literally hundreds of 6.0L injectors a month. If a customer want's a little more hitch in their giddy up, we always recommend Full Force Diesel 155/30's if they aren't wanting to do a whole bunch of other upgrades, and I have never had to warranty a single set. Excellent product, Excellent customer service we won't recommend any other company for modified 6.0L injectors.

Very satisfied
Ordered the injectors were shipped the next day, arrived in 2 days shipped the cores back and got my core charge back very quickly. Always helpful on the phone customer service was very nice and was able to answer any questions I had, the injectors did great for my setup I gained mpg and the truck has a good bit more power with my additional upgrades. Hands down best service, best quality, glad I didn’t go with anyone else. Only place I’ll ever buy injectors, zero issues zero break in process.

155/30 really smooth idle and Pepe response and good power especially with Gearheads reduced fuel tune!!

I really need injectors for my2005 6l powerstroke. Literally everyone says though that if they not oem then they will fail. What is your experience with this as i dont want to buy then sit on side of highway 3 months later needing injectors again
